San Francisco (August 9, 2011) – Skai (www.skai.io), a global leader in digital marketing software, today announced the promotion of Bridget Shea to Vice President of Global Client Services.

“Skai’s phenomenal growth is mainly due to putting our customers front and center,” said Yoav Izhar-Prato, Skai CEO. “Bridget will work to ensure Skai teams around the world are delivering the best possible service and helping our customers squeeze every last ounce of value out of the Skai platform.”

In her new role, Shea will oversee Skai account management and professional services teams across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Australia and Asia Pacific. Shea’s team is responsible for mapping customer business objectives with Skai’s robust platform to deliver scalable performance lifts while generating operational efficiencies. Key areas of focus for Shea include recruiting top talent, unifying client service procedures, sharing best practices and embedding customer feedback into the product roadmap.

“I’m very excited to deliver even more value to our customers in my new role,” said Shea. “We’ve worked hard to build a team of the best and brightest digital marketing and technology experts, and I look forward to continuously enhancing what’s been a huge differentiator for Skai – our die-hard support and commitment.”

For nearly three years, as VP Client Services for the Americas at Skai, Shea built strategic account management teams in New York, San Francisco and Chicago to strengthen relationships with blue-chip advertisers and agencies such as CareerBuilder, Facebook, Travelocity, Zappos, Media Contacts, Resolution Media, SapientNitro and SMG Search. Under Shea’s watch, Skai revenue from existing U.S. customers doubled on an average annual basis.

Shea has more than 12 years of experience in interactive marketing. Before joining Skai, Shea was VP of Search Operations for SendTec, where she managed the SEO and SEM divisions, overseeing top brands such as Intuit, CDW, Bed Bath & Beyond, AAA and Lancôme. Shea also held leadership roles as a founding member of the media team at i-Frontier (now Razorfish).
